NHD Topic Selection
My partner (Shaquille) and I choose to do our NHD project on Elizebeth Ann Eckford because we were interested in the Civil Rights movement. Elizebeth made history as a member of the little rock nine, the nine African American students who desegregated Little Rock Central High School. She is important to history because without her efforts, school would have not been desegregated.
